Breathing Guide

During meditation, follow the rhythm on screen: breathe in for 4 seconds and breathe out for 4 seconds. Focus on your breathing and let thoughts pass.

  1. Choose the meditation duration: 3, 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes.
  2. Click 'Start' to begin.
  3. Follow the breathing guide: inhale for 4 seconds and exhale for 4 seconds.
  4. Use 'Pause' if you need a break.
  5. A bell sound will play when time is up.
  6. Click 'Reset' to start over.
